All orders - Via Express Australia Post: $15

*Christmas Shipping: We can not guarantee arrival before Christmas.

Zephyr Horses offers an exchange or credit on all full price purchases for returns within 14 days.
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit.
Amounts paid for shipping are not covered for credit or exchange (Only the amount paid for the items).
How to organise a return?
- Contact us
- Items must be returned in unworn condition and are subject to inspection.
- Credits issued will be to your original order value, excluding shipping costs.
- We will email you a code once we have received your return.
- Return and new shipping costs is covered by the customer (both ways).
- Online credits are valid for 12 months.
We recommend returning items via a traceable method as Zephyr Horses is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned.
